Sears Designs
Recently, some classmates and I have worked with Sears to possibly create designs in SL for the company. This project would be to test the market of selling replicas of actual Sears garments in SL. Here are some examples of works I have done to replicate Rl designs from Sears in SL:

SL Textures
In Second Life, I have uploaded many textures to create clothing with. All of these have been made in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or a number of plug-ins for the software.
Here are some examples of texture designs that I am still working on:
These designs were inspired by a rubber stamp in the shape of a peacock feather. The design on the top right is the peacock feather, and the other designs were created as coordinates using the Photoshop plug-in, QuickRepeat.

These designs were also created using Adobe. The first design was drawn and colored in Illustrator, and the two coordinating prints were created using QuickRepeat.

These designs were inspired by the classic nautical theme that seems to be ever so popular. Again the first design was drawn and colored in illustrator and the coordinates were created in QuickRepeat.

These are some plaid designs that I created using Adobe Photoshop’s plug-in, PlaidMaker.

Zazzle Designs
I have been working on some designs to upload to the website Zazzle.com. This site allows designers to upload their own design and apply them to a variety of products. Anyone can purchase these products with your own personalized design. Check out my gallery on Zazzle.
Here are some examples of designs I have uploaded:

H&M and The Sims
H&M and The Sims recently teamed up to create a contest for the best virtual fashions. The categories included: Party Time, Street Wear, Skate Park, Night Out, Let’s Go to the Beach, and Red Carpet.
Here is the Grand Finale Showcase of the virtual fashions
This is the Top Design Fashion Show, where the winner of the competition will have their design produced and sold in H&M stores!

My Virtual Fashion Projects
My name is Christina and I am a senior at Buffalo State College. As a Fashion and Textile Technology major, I have found a passion for creative and innovative designing. Throughout my courses, I have aquired the skills to proficiently use many design softwares including, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, NedGraphics Fashion Studio, and Virtual Fashion Pro.
Virtual Fashion has proven to be the most cutting edge in design technology. I have worked in Second Life and Virtual Fashion Pro to create some of my most realistic and wearable designs.
This is a fashion show that I created in Second Life. The clothing was created in SL or uploaded into Sl from Photoshop/Illustrator, and and all of the textile designs were created in Photoshop.
This is a project I worked on using the Virtual Fashion Pro design software. All of the textile designs were created in Photoshop.

Buffalo State College is on the forefront of fashion and textile design technology. The BSC Second Life Wiki site has examples of other students work using these Virtual Design technologies.
